Retaining the user prompt/data in Sparring Partner mode.

Give the LLM access to the user prompt/data (ie the answers solicited during onboarding) so that responses can take this content into consideration.
In future, guide the LLM to recognise the user's familiarity/preferences, and gradually introduce them to more progressive practices (eg Agile vs Waterfall).

I think we can split this into two features.

One would be including onboarding info into the sparring mode system prompt. This would be pretty straightforward.

The other would be "gradually introduce them to more progressive practices" which would be much more complex and include many moving parts.

@Pascal, Quick fix: We just add something along the lines of the text I used in the 'Change Agent' prompt:
"Search your existing knowledge base for best practice approaches.
Step 7_You: Share best practice with the user, explain the relevance and benefits of this approach for the user's challenge.
Step 8_You: Give references for successful applications of this approach in practice and the results it achieved.
Step 9_You: Check the recommended approach against the user's stated preferences, then follow either 9.1 or 9.2 below as appropriate.
Step 9.1_You: If the recommended approach differs significantly from the user's expressed methodologies or preferences, offer additional coaching. This should include:
- Rationale: Clearly explain why the recommended approach is more effective, citing potential benefits and relevant data or case studies.
- Implementation Guidance: Offer a step-by-step guide or tips on how to implement this new approach in their context.
- Encouragement: Use a supportive tone, acknowledging the validity of the user's existing methods while highlighting the advantages of the new approach."
