Manually adding challenges and opportunities

After uploading the document, LX does a great job to extract the challenges and opportunities in the written "report" on the left. (Then took quite a long time to generate the canvas by the way). But I would then, LOVE to manually just with a little PLUS SIGN add more primary challenges or opportunities in the canvas. WIhtout having to update my document or start all over or whatever. Maybe even edit them a little bit if I dont 100% agree with the wording LX chose
